Do you offer discounts for multiple cables or short cables?
YOU BET!! But PLEASE contact us before buying discounted cables because prices are subject to change without notice. Plus, we sometimes run various specials throughout the year.

Here is a breakdown of our discounts:

1. Shipping for cables 2–20 is only $9 IN THE U.S. via FAST two-day USPS Priority Mail, no extra handling, no hidden fees (insurance is extra; cables must be ordered at the same time, and all cables must go to the same address).
   
   
2. Take $5 off any cable shorter than five feet (discounts 2 and 3 cannot be combined).
   
   
3. Take $3 off any cable shorter than 10 feet (discounts 2 and 3 cannot be combined).
   
   
4. Take $2 off every cable if you order 5 cables or more. Offer can be combined with discounts 2 or 3. (Cables must all be ordered at the same time and must go to the same address.)

Don't be silly!
No, a one-foot cable is NOT 1/20th the price of a 20-foot cable. I cannot believe that people actually ask this ridiculous question. Seventy-five percent of the cost of each cable is the labor involved in manufacture and the cost of the plugs. We cannot streamline the process any more without compromising quality, and we absolutely refuse to compromise quality.

Making a six-inch cable takes just as much time as making a 20-foot cable — and the plugs cost exactly the same. We triple insulate the wire inside the straight plugs and double insulate inside the right-angle plugs — all by hand, a painstaking labor-intensive process. A shorter cable does not speed up this step.

Other companies lack ANY discounts
Our profit margin is so slim that we would lose money if we offered any more discounts than these. But at least we offer discounts. Giant corporations like Gargoyle Cables and Rodent Cables (names changed to protect the innocent) offer no discounts at all. NOT ONE.

Limited availability, so order now!
There are only two of us assembling cables, and only so many cables we can make in a week. In fact, if our ads disappear from ebay once in a while, it's because we received a big order and we had to pull the ads so we don't fall behind in production.

So a word to the wise: Order your cables whenever you see an ebay ad for them because we don't sell on ebay every day of every week. Our company is that small ... And it will remain that small. It's really the only way we can assure you of the highest production values and reasonable shipping times.

How quickly can I get my cable?
We only put as many ads on ebay as we can reasonably process in a week. So if you order a cable on a Monday, we will manufacture it and ship it out to you in seven working days. Usually it's a lot sooner. (Don't tell anyone, but we pre-assemble cables in the most popular lengths.) If it will be longer than a week, we will e-mail you, but it hasn't happened yet, and we don't expect that it will.

Why no phone number?
No, we're not hiding from our customers. We're not afraid to publish our phone number. We'd love to talk to our customers on the phone all day. But, we just don't have the time to talk on the phone; fulfill orders; and make cables. There are only two of us. If you absolutely positively have to talk to us, e-mail us your phone number, and we'll call you.
